  • Adriana helped me buy a home

Adriana Case was the listing agent on my recent home purchase. Her and my agent agreed to pay $150 each to cover the expense of resurfacing the bath tub/shower. When time came for her to send her portion of the payment, she decided to change the conditions of her payment. She refused to respond to my emails regarding the payment, she claimed that she was waiting for my agent to send the money first (even though I had received my agent's payment in advanced), and in the end did not even pay the "adjusted" amount she claimed to be correct. To clarify it was an exact $11.19 difference. This is honestly the most disgusting, distasteful, and disgraceful business interaction I have ever dealt with. She was never transparent about what she was doing or why she refused to agreed upon payment. To anyone who may want to employ her as a listing agent, I would strongly caution them to make sure everything is in writing. I would also be concerned about working with an agent or real estate company that could not seemingly afford $11.19. I wish only the best for her and her apparently struggling company and hope that the $11.19 she kept from our agreed upon transaction can aid in preventing her or her company Duomo Realty Corp. from failing.
