    • As first time home buyers my wife and I didnt know where to start. Thankfully, our mortgage lender referred us to Meghan Bowes from The Alan Donald Team. At our consultation Meghan eased many of our worries by explaining the process of home buying, in detail, from beginning to end in an extremely knowledgeable and professional manner, all the while not pressuring us into any commitment with her whatsoever. When we left our meeting, we knew that Meghan was the right fit for us. I feel inclined to mention that EVERY want and need that we told Meghan was realized in our property (the list was not small). We secured extra amenities that were not included in the original sale, a home warranty, did not pay closing costs, and came out well under list price. In our final walk through Meghan was displeased to see that the landscaping had been neglected. So, guess what? She called a landscaping company and had our entire property back in perfect condition by the time we got back with our new keys. We recommend any home buyer in the Charleston area to consider Meghan, as this process should be as easy and painless for everybody.
