- Allyson listed, but didn't sell, my home
She listed my house. Did not negotiate a.price for heating oil in my tank that even the closing agent said she should have scheduled a read so I would get reimbursed for oil. I had solar electric. Allyson did not make sure buyer or agent filed paperwork to changeover to buyers name. I would not recommend Allyson to anyone. Once she got listing she did not see things through properly.
