First of all, Amanda Callahan is a she, not a he. We met Amanda at an open house for a condo complex in a city different from where we lived. She agreed to help us find a condo in the Western Wayne County area, and did so for about two years, without a contract or anything other than a handshake. We found the condo that met our needs.
