We had been looking for a home in WV for about seven months. We decided to go to Ohio when we couldn't find what we were looking for. Our WV agent was not licensed in Ohio, so she referred us to Amanda. She answered hundreds of questions and talked me through the things I didnt know to ask. I never expected this process to go so smoothly; she made it feel like things just magically fell into place. We made an offer around Thanksgiving and closed a few before Christmas.
