Buying our first home during COVID-19 with an eventual furlough and a rental lease ticking down was worrisome to say the least; however, working with her was such a blessing! She is absolutely the sweetest and very pleasant to work with. She was always available as she was only a short text or call away. She was very responsive to viewing homes that I located on realtor apps, and she was always on the lookout for homes that fit our wants from her side of things. Im pretty sure I dragged her across 3 counties looking at homes until we found the one. Also, as new home buyers, we had very little experience, and M was very supportive and gave great advice. She connected us to a great banker and loan officer who was able to provide an incredibly low interest rate, which we would have never gotten had we not listened to her. On top of everything else, she also assisted in orchestrating home repairs, including tree removals. McKenna is a wealth of knowledge and comes highly recommended.

There are no words that can describe how terrific this experience was! No matter what the hurdle or obstacle she was right there and handled it for us. They made a very stressful time for us go smoothly and went far beyond anything we would have expected. We simply cannot say enough about the way she took us through the entire process. We have absolutely no reservations recommending them to anyone. We've gone through this process several times and she made the other real estate agents pale by comparison. Her personality and "can do" attitude made it a pleasure working with her.

We enjoyed working with them very much. She was very helpful in finding us the home we wanted. She also was very knowledgeable in the different areas of where we searched for houses. They were also on top of things and got back to us in an acceptable amount of time. I would highly recommend here to anyone who is looking for a home.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with The Amanda Hollimon team. They were very patient with us while we decided on what type of home we were interested in purchasing. She was always there to answer questions and did not keep "bank hours" when it came to our needs. They also assisted us in listing our previous home and got us full asking price, it doesn't get any better than that! At the end we go the house we wanted for a price better than we expected. When we first started looking for a home, I knew that I wanted I wanted to use her. She is well-knowledgeable at what she does and was available to help us at any time! I loved that she wanted to meet in person before we started looking for homes so she would really know what we were looking for. Anytime I had random questions or dumb questions, she answered them with so much kindness and so much knowledge!!!! Patient, kind, caring, knowledgeable. All of these are qualities you would want in a realtor and thats exactly who she is. Im SO thankful that we had her to help us find the perfect home!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!!!

Upon telling her what I wanted in a home she immediately went out and found exactly the home I was dreaming of. She sent videos to be since I was in Alabama that showed everything in detail. I ended up in Utah for 3 months because of a better job offer but when I was contacted by the GA job with an even better offer, I knew exactly who to call. Not only did she come through immediately with a home that I loved, she even went to the floor/tile center, lighting, cabinet and appliance locations the seller dealt through and sent me pictures to design a home without me even being able to do so myself. I could not have been blessed with someone who cared so much for my success with not only my home but also my new job here in the Augusta area. I would recommend her for any buying or selling of a home. She treats you as family and wants the very best for you. She is truly one of a kind and took care of my wants/needs and answered every question I could come up with. She is the only realtor I will ever use!

We recently purchased a home with Amanda and even in the extremely difficult market she gave us great advice on how to stay competitive and move forward strategically. Her level of professionalism and customer service was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. We were relocating from outside the area and she made herself available around our travel schedule. She walked us through all steps of the process and was very patient and kind. What surprised us the most was the level of service and dedication we continued to receive even after the home was under contract, assisting and facilitating all the pieces we needed to get in place. I had a wonderful experience working with Amanda.She got us in a home that checked off everything we needed and most of what we wanted for a great price. She used her network to give us options with lending and insurance which ended up beating anything my Military banks could offer. She knows the area very well and is honest. She wouldn't show you a house she wouldn't be willing to buy herself. She will walk through and inspect the home arguably better than the inspectors and document everything and always follows up. She honestly made our home buying experience easy.

This may be a duplicate. I have no words to describe what working with Amanda had meant to me. From our first interaction, I knew that I was in good hands. Being a strong willed person only meant that I had found a friend in the buying and selling of my home. She and her team made me feel so special. No question went unanswered. Amanda is "hands down" the best real estate agent my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of working with and we've bought several homes in the last 30 years! Wife was being transferred to Augusta GA area and Amanda was the seller's agent for a property which we saw on Zillow. Living several states away, we had no local agent. Flew to Georgia to meet with Amanda and view the property however it did not meet our requirements. We asked Amanda to be our buyer's agent for other properties and within HOURS, found the home of our dreams! After viewing home, made an offer after consulting with Amanda but found there had been a competing offer. Amanda skillfully guided us through revising our offer and by midday the next day, our offer was accepted. Closing was set 6 weeks later and through Amanda and her team's Herculean efforts (considering we lived 5 states away) we were able to finalize all requirements and close on time! In addition to Amanda being a top notch real estate agent, she is genuinely a great person. On a second day walk through, Amanda was tied up with another client and sent her SON to help us gain access and take notes! (He's a great guy too...like Mom like Son I guess!). Bottom line, I have found real estate agents to be pretty good people in general, however Amanda (and her team) are OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY! Call her, you won't be sorry!

Amanda and her team were quick to answer all my many questions. We had to move quickly and had a lot of other things that we had to deal with so Amanda just jumped right in and took care of us.
