After becoming a Real Estate Appraiser in 1997, my interest in Real Estate expanded to include Real Estate Broker in 1999 and NC Licensed General Contactor in 2007. To help others enter the field of Real Estate, the next step was to become an Appraisal Instructor, then later a Real Estate Instructor. Continuing to improve my knowledge and expertise allows me to better help clients and students.
