We lived in West Virginia and were trying to find a house in North Carolina, when our real estate agent up there recommended us to Amber. We met Amber at a new construction sales office and immediately liked her. She knew the Trinity, Greensboro and Jamestown areas where we wanted to live very well. She showed us several homes that fit our want list, via her realtor's website and in person. We found the house we loved and Amber was very knowledgeable with the whole process, from putting in the offer, working the counter offers, and ultimately closing the deal. She helped us get the best deal we could through negotiating with the builder. Amber was very easy to work with, communicated with us regularly and responded quickly to phone calls and any issues that needed to be addressed. We would highly recommend Amber to anyone looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, professional and can very competently get the job done!

Amber is a great people person, she is very helpful in finding out what/about the house you are looking for. Amber was only a phone call away to help you with what ever you needed to know. and if she didn't know the answer at that time of asking, she got back with you with the answer. we thank Amber for all she did for us.

My wife and I had a very unique situation that required more effort than usual to create the right contract for us. Due to her responsiveness to my calls and her negotiating skills will the seller, we were able to apply for a loan and close in exactly 30 days. if you don't want to move quickly and you don't want someone that will work hard for you behind the scenes then Amber is not the right pick for you. I've dealt with a lot of real estate agents being in the property insurance business and have yet to meet someone that works as hard as she does.

My husband and I relocated from NJ to NC and were looking to buy our first home after renting an apartment in Greensboro for a few months. We were set on purchasing a high-end townhome and didn't want to fuss with gardening or lawn care. Every townhome Amber showed us was better than the previous home she took us to and we were close to purchasing one that she showed us, but we weren't in love with the location. After we had exhausted the townhomes in the very specific area we were looking, Amber suggested we take a look at one house. I was a little hesitant since we were so set on a townhome, but figured it was better to look and see. The second we walked into the house and without seeing the entire house, I knew it was home to me. My husband, who has a great poker face, immediately perked up and I knew he felt the same. Amber was able to find us a home that was on the lower end of our price range, was in the location we wanted, AND we don't have to mow the lawn or tend to the garden! The house is within a development that handles the lawn and garden for us. After three days and only seeing a handful of townhomes and only one house (the one we purchased), she nailed exactly what we both wanted, without us knowing that we really wanted a house. Three months later and we still ABSOLUTELY love our house. We have both agreed that we have no regrets whatsoever.
