She gave us information on how Brewster defines it's bedrooms for septic systems, about conservation land, water use, zoning, construction, permitting, why some houses sell for more (or less) than others, neighborhoods and on and on. We bought a beautiful house in a great, central and quiet location near the bike path and we are very grateful to Amy for helping us along our the journey.
