We would highly recommend Amy Kidwell as a realtor. We were in the market for a new home and wanted a new build. Amy has so much knowledge of the Horizon West area, so it was extremely helpful having her guide us through our home search. She helped us choose the layout and community that fit exactly what we were looking for, and walked us through the entire buying process from start to finish. She kept our needs at the forefront of our new home search and even helped us realize a few things we were missing on our “must have” list. We called and no answer so we checked. BE CAREFUL. We couldn't find a legit active company called "Preferred Real Estate Broker" and the two we found are inactive. We also found that Amy Kidwell has fake likes, comments and probably views on Bella Collina YouTube views. Dwight Schar, the one that controls Bella Collina, is already involved in FOUR COMPANIES that have been accused of consumer deception.
