First and foremost, I truly enjoy my career as a full-time Realtor. I have been licensed as a Realtor for 20+ years. The most enjoyable part of my work is dealing with people and meeting their needs at all points of the selling and buying process. As a native of East Tennessee, I enjoy the natural beauty of our surroundings and the sincerity of the people who live here. I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. My earlier work history includes 8 years of Mortgage Banking experience, which has given me an excellent background in the lending process.

My main focus in real estate is residential homes…both resale and new construction. I have excellent knowledge of the building process and what it takes to best market your home. I am a consistent top producer, achieving the Million Dollar Producer status every year. My service area encompasses the Knox Metro area: Including Knox, Blount, Loudon and Monroe counties. In 2013, I was the # 4 agent in our area in units of property sold! Partnering with Realty Executives the # 1 Real Estate Company in East Tennessee, makes for a winning team!

My marketing strategy is to give as much exposure to your home as possible. This is accomplished through several means. One of the most effective tools is the For Sale sign in your yard, which will be supplied with a brochure box full of flyers featuring details and photos of your home. Additionally, today’s buyer will most likely find your home on the Internet before even contacting a Realtor! Your home will be available on dozens of websites, including my own Premier Agent Zillow website Amy King Zillow Realtor.com, Trulia Amy King Trulia, Homes.com and many others. My marketing plan includes a detailed list of regularly advertised media and websites. I also upload a multi-media enhanced visual tour of all of my listings to several sites including the MLS Amy King Virtual Tours. Another important area in advertising is in newspapers and the Homes and Land magazine. I also believe Open Houses give good exposure to listings. I would be happy to go over my marketing plan for your home in much more detail.
