Amy has grown up in the real estate world. Her father was a real estate developer and her mom a realtor for over 25 years. Amy studied accounting at Georgia Southern University and then pursued a career in real estate appraisal. She then later met her current husband who brought her down to the coastal area where he was born and raised. With encouragement from family and friend, Amy obtained her real estate license and became a Savannah Area Realtor. Amy and Stephen Schuman live in Effingham County. They have 3 children and enjoy spending time with their family and friends.
