When I met Amy, she had been referred to me by a neighbor on Nextdoor and I was immediately impressed by her track record, her numbers, and her very positive interpretation of the local comps. I asked her repeatedly if she was sure, and she just bristled with energy and a can-do attitude. I ended up listing my house with her, and she brought in her value-add services (stager, professional photographer) and within 24 hours, we were in a multiple-offer situation. She knows the area extremely well and how to account for the nuances of similar properties to determine what to list yours for. Even priced aggressively we were under contract in one day above the asking price.With specific advice, Amy helped us stage the inside and outside of the house in ways that best showed off the spaces. Great experience! She was very helpful with the sale of our home. She has assistants who help with professional photos and great staging advice. She created a great online presence for our house. We sold when the market was slower, but we still got asking price.
