After living in the same home in Oklahoma for 21 years, my wife and I decided to relocate to the Charlottesville area. We had some very specific requirements on the size and style of the home, minimum lot size, maximum distance to downtown, etc. Prior to our arrival in Charlottesville for our house hunting trip, Amy did her homework and researched available homes that met our requirements and price range. She ALWAYS listed to our request and do not push her own listings. Upon our arrival in C. Ville, Amy worked what seemed like non-stop for 3 solid days to show us many homes. We placed a contract on a home in Earlysville and Amy continued to pay attention to every detail and always follow up on several issues. After we moved in, Amy gave us great recommendations including contractors for several minor remodeling projects. Moving is definitely stressful but Amy went the extra mile to make our move as smooth as possible. On the day of closing, she woke up extra early so she could personally do another inspection to ensure the sellers did not inadvertently damage anything upon moving out. I am not easy to please when dealing with Realtors but Amy is awesome and we are so pleased with our new home thanks to her.
