She came well prepared and shared her sales accomplishments, comp analyses and her references. Not only did she help us to sell our house really quick for our asking price, she also helped us negotiate some items with our new home builder. Angela is so well connected in the industry. For any repairs/updates or staging that was required, she knew just the resources we needed to contact for reasonable costs for any work needed to prepare the house for showing. When we put our house on the market, she found us a buyer and sold our house within a month. Fortunately, it was a cash buyer. Our house sold so fast, we had to rent back to the owner for a while because our new home wasn't completed yet. Angela is personable and friendly. And, when she needs to be tough, she can be persistent and diligent. What a hard worker! She provides outstanding customer service to her clients, providing immediate feedback on any activity. She maintains contact with her clients even after the sale (who does that!) She has annual social events to stay in touch with her former clients. If you're looking for a realtor who is very thorough, knowledgeable and willing to work hard for you and get you what you want, then Angela is the realtor for you!

Angela is an excellent realtor who we were lucky enough to work with. She's driven, smart, committed and kind. I have used Angela to buy two houses and sell one, and I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling in the Baltimore area. Angela provided staging assistance and photographs. While waiting for the photographs to be shot, our photographer said that we'd have no problem selling the house with Angela as our agent. Boy, was he right. After only one open house, we got multiple offers. We sold the house at list price, and were out of the old house and into the new with no overlap in mortgage payments. It is rare that an agent can provide such hands-on, responsiveness for both a sale and purchase of a new property, all within a few months. Oh, and did I mention she was pregnant throughout the process!? If you want to work with a great person who is an over-achiever at her job, you have to work with Angela.

Angela was amazing! She helped me through every step of the process, from getting my house ready to list all the way through closing. She was attentive, responsive and always on top of her game. She is detail-oriented and alleviated much of the stress that is part of the process of selling your home. She was so good in fact, that I also used her to purchase my new home. Angela and her team took care of everything, from getting estimates to providing oversight of the actual work. We didn't have to do anything.
