Only shows your property to his pool of low ball investors. Can't be bothered to show and/or cancels showing appointments with other Realtors who wanted to view your property. Strongly do not recommended listing your property with Anthony Albino or Beautiful Homes Realty. He will suggest a high asking price to get your listing and then doesn't bother to show it. When he does finally show it to his own investors, you will only receive low offers. He will then suggest lowering your asking price until Your property goes stale and the season ends. Stay clear, find a better ethical agent and company to do business with!
