Not honest and kind of an air head. Please do not do business with him. There are too many decent honest realtors.

It was great ,Ara sold us our first home

0/10 worst renting experience I have ever had. Falsified documents to wrongfully take a full security deposit and additional money on top of that to cover damages that were never repaired from previous tenants. No inspection or repairs done between tenants. Even if you have documentation on move in inspection form he will ignore it and charge away. Horrible service, i will never rent from this company again.

Rented a house from him. Not honest. Took advantage of a group of college kids. Did not respond to emails. Tried to blame problems on us to the actual house owner even though there was texts that proved other wise. Would never rent from him again

We rented a home from Ara in the Denton area for our son and his college roommates. There was supposed to be a walk through of the property the night before the move. Ara cancelled it. On move in day he showed up to practically throw the keys at the kids and said, "Bye!" I arrived with movers later to find filthy and unsafe conditions. Any repair we have called out has either been ignored or addressed unsatisfactorily, i.e., the cheapest fix possible. This guy is a slum lord, taking advantage of college kids who are so happy to get out of the dorms, they'll sign on any dotted line. He is disrespectful when called out on his inattention to obvious problems with the property. Run away from him. It will be a miserable experience if you don't.

Predatory landlord. Do not rent from this guy. Condescending and reluctant to address obvious hazards concerning his property. He should have stuck to being a doctor. Oh wait- I take that back.

This man is dishonest, manipulative, and arrogant. He is a predatory slumlord who will screw you as soon as look at you. Avoid this person like the plague. The houses he rents are terrible, poorly kept up, and terribly dirty. He doesn't fix things that break, and he blames the tenants for anything goes wrong. I advise avoiding him at all costs, at least for rental properties. He doesn't play by the rules.

My son and his friend were looking for their first non-dorm place and found a rental represented by Dr. Minassian. Just plain and simple no follow through after submitting an application. Assuming he rented it to someone else which, after reading the other reviews here, appears to be a blessing in disguise.

Rented with Dr. Minassian for about 2 years, he was always timely about getting proper repairs done with the house. The property was priced very resonably and I have no complaints.

Rented a home from Ara for 2 years and he consistently disrespected us, violated our privacy, was rude to us, and has recently been harassing us since we broke our lease. (do to him being so awful). My last day in the house, he sent contractors without informing us, and they came into my bedroom without consent and hit on me. Basically, if you have any other option- take it. Ara is greedy, slimy and unreasonable, and he takes advantage of anyone he can. Protect yourselves.
