We tried contacting multiple agents in Huerfano county to no avail. No one would respond to our emails or calls. Frustrated, we took to Zillow and stumbled across Arica. We emailed her through Zillow not expecting much considering the responses (or lack of) from the other realtors in the area. Much to our surprise, she contacted us quite quickly!We were relocating to Colorado and purchasing a property sight un-seen...all the way from Hawaii! Arica was prompt to answer any and all emails, calls or text messages...and there were a ton of them! She was even back to work days after she gave birth to her son! Arica is very knowledgeable of the area and knows the business well. She was able to start the process of buying our home long distance and made it easy for us, we signed via email and it was a quick and painless process. She went above and beyond my expectations and even went to the home to take a video of the property for me. She has a sweet, down to earth demeanor. Arica is trustworthy, works hard and in my opinion, is one of the best agents in Southern Colorado.We are so happy to have found her, it is nice to have a fresh, energetic perspective in an area of (mainly) retirees.
