Although I initially met with Ashley Garner, I worked closely with his associate Elize Bruin through the remainder of the process. Elize is a professional and energetic young woman. She expertly walked me through the entire process of selling my home, competently answering all of my questions along the way. I highly recommend Elize to anyone who needs a listing agent.

My husband and I made a huge decision to move our young family from Colorado to Wilmington. Ashley and his team came highly recommended from several family friends and they didn't disappoint. After speaking with several local realtors to find a good fit, using Ashley and Summer was a no-brainer. Summer was incredibly responsive and helpful and never, ever came off as "sales-y" or pushy. She let us dictate our needs and desires while still offering her knowledge and guidance. Ultimately, we purchased a home sight-unseen after Summer walked us through the house via Facetime. It was risky on our part but we 100% trusted Summer's judgement and honest feedback about the home. Buying a home while still living across the country was a lot of work but Summer, Ashley and Donna all made it as stress-free as possible. They are wonderful folks and I can't say enough good things about this whole crew!
