As we began considering our next move, the daunting factors of selling a million dollar home and finding another home in our price range in Chastain Park seemed to warrant a lengthy, stressful process. After sitting down with Ashley, she made us very aware of the market’s state, which included a relatively low inventory and incredibly high demand for a new home in our pricepoint. From the beginning, Ashley assured us that she had transacted enough deals to know how to strategically negotiate the agreements and told us she would do everything she could to make for a smooth transition for the selling of our current home, and now, purchasing of our next. As we moved forward with the listing process, Ashley began to present us with several new options in our price range that all seemed to have a great amount of interest from many other buyers. Our home hadn’t even entered the market, and Ashley had already found a buyer that gave us a full price offer! As we moved through the contract process, Ashley managed to negotiate an offer on a home in Chastain Park that met all of our needs. After multiple offers and a competitive transaction altogether, Ashley secured the final bid STILL within our budget! Her reputation with the seller’s agent and the broker community favored us very well, and we were ecstatic for the nearly seamless transaction of buying and selling our home within such a short time frame. We would highly recommend Ashley to represent any buyer or seller.
