"The house sold was my brother's who had to relocate to a nursing home in Jefferson City. I'm in Texas and the other brother is in Oregon. Communication was via text, email, and voice calls. Ashley kept things moving communicating appropriately. I did notice that during voice calls she was both cordial and focused. Other people tend to either be a little abrupt or scattered, but not Ashley.She knew a lady who could clear the "stuff" from the house, and clean the house to be ready to show. The lady's pay was the contents of the house. There was not enough value there to have an estate sale.
