We first contacted Ashley in 2015 when we first considered relocating to Florida. She spent a day with us showing us the Orlando "neighborhood". She asked, and we promised, to contact her when we were ready to purchase. We worked with Ashley in 2017 and purchased our beautiful Clermont home.

Sonya OAshley was very knowledgeable from the very beginnings of the home search process with financing needs thru closing and beyond. She guided us with her personal expertise and local knowledge of the areas and gave great references for lenders and inspection services. We will definitely be using her for future purchases/sales and will even have my parents use her when they move down to Florida!

Ashley is an exceptional realtor and an expert in Central Florida. Our experiences with her started in December 2015 when my wife, two kids and were relocating to Florida. We found Ashley online and contacted her in mid-December and we needed to move by December 31st. We were looking for a starter home in a great neighborhood with great schools and short commute to work. We only had two days so Ashley dedicated those days to us so that we would find the perfect location. Thankfully, we were able to find and close on that home by the end of December. It was a short time period but she produced extraordinary results which speaks to her level of experience. The home and community exceeded our expectations. Fast Forward to 2017 we wanted to build our dream home. Of course, we contacted Ashley and began the process. We had two options; get financed by our bank or by the contractor’s lenders. We decided to go with our bank to get financing, however three weeks before closing Ashley warned us that this particular bank has a tendency to become unreliable closer to closing. With my New York mentality, I thought that she must be getting a referral fee by the contractors’ financing company. At that moment, I thought about how trustworthy Ashley had been over the years and I decided to heed her warning and send a package to the contractors’ leaders. Two days later my bank contacted me and stated that they would no longer finance the property; basically confirming what Ashley said. Trusting Ashley’s advice saved us. She was genuine, patient and trustworthy. She was professional throughout the entire process. Furthermore, I got my real estate license in 2017 after I went into contract to build my dream house so that meant that I was unable to make commission on that deal. Since Ashley knew that I was now a licensed real estate agent, she surprised me at closing and offered me a part of her commission which she didn’t have to do. Ashley is a rare find and I would recommend her service to anyone. Thank you again Ashley.
