Josie is the kind of Realtor that anyone trying to buy or sell a house should want. She is a great communicator and pleaser. She truly works as hard as she can for the transaction to be as successful and seamless as possible. I first worked with her in 2004 and most recently in 2010. I highly recommend her to anyone looking at buying or selling in the real estate market. You will not be disappointed!

Josie was amazing! I could get a hold of her whenever I needed to. And when I called her multiple times throughout the day, she returned my calls promptly and was always helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. She made the entire home buying process, even the last minute problems with the mortgage, a good experience for me. I don't think I would be in my own home right now if it wasnt for the hard work that Josie put in. I would never want to use anyone else for buying or selling a home.

Josie took care of all the headaches that can occur when listing and selling a home. Josie was the listing agent for my sons residence when he relocated to the West Coast. Since he had already moved, an agent needed to be selected without anyone in our family actually being in Cedar Rapids. I have worked with a local BIG company before on previous homes and thought the transactions were satisfactory until I worked with Josie on my last purchase. UNBELIEVEABLE EXPERIENCE! I'm not even sure how to go about explaining how pleasant our experience with Josie started.
