Working with Barak was fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the DC metro area real estate market, and overall very fun to work with - so the experience is truly enjoyable. He found me my dream home and was very supportive throughout the process. He is ALWAYS available to talk and provide his thoughts, answer questions, and be helpful. Additionally, he is very well connected, so working with Barak means you'll get early looks at properties not yet on the market, as well as leverage during the buying process, since he most likely knows the listing agent (as was the case with me). I highly recommend working with Barak!!

I am EXTREMELY satisfied that I chose Barak as my realtor as a first time buyer. His attention to detail for what I wanted and needed as a buyer during the looking process was exceptional. He provided great assistance is locating a property that truly fit all of my needs. From there, his negotiation skills really shined through. From ratified contract to close, Barak and his team will provide top notch, first class service every step of the way. All in all, Barak will be my realtor of choice and recommendation for ALL future real estate transactions I am involved in. My only regret is that I didn't buy sooner with help of this true professional.

I was originally introduced to Barak through Trulia where I made an inquiry on a pretty expensive unit. He got back to me with lighting fast speed and quickly impressed me with his knowledge of the market. We went back and forth for a few weeks and looked at several multi-family units in DC. Unfortunately my circumstances changed and I decided instead to go with a much smaller, less expensive unit. Naturally, I expected I would drop down on his list of his priorities. I was very wrong and that is why I am writing this review. Barak never stopped treating me like a million dollar client. He fought for me, gained my trust and got me into a real great home. A small home, but a great home.I was really impressed when we started to look at these smaller places. When I went to meet him, I see him parked outside of the first unit we were set to look at. He's on the phone. He puts the guy on speaker and to have me listen in as he is on the line with a developer he knows. After the call, he explains to me that he just found out the unit across the street was ready but not on the market yet. How did he know this? While he was waiting for me he noticed a building was being renovated, walks up to get the builder number from a sign on the place, somehow tracked down the developer and we were in the door checking this place out within 5 minutes. This is the type of person you want working for you. That said, he is not at all sharky or pushy. He never pressured me into doing anything. In fact when I asked him when was the best time to buy, instead of saying "RIGHT NOW" he said, "The best time to buy is when you're ready." That is the kind of answer you want to hear.He also got me through a very difficult closing - for those of you who have never been through one, there are a lot of moving parts. I felt like Barak was my attorney, my therapist and my real estate agent all in one. He is one of the most professional, responsive and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. He also happens to be a very nice person. I will be a client for life.

Barak helped me find exactly what I was looking for in less than week! He is efficient, thoughtful, and really focused on making sure his clients are shown only what they are looking for. He's helpful every step of the way and even followed up after I moved in. I could not recommend him more highly!

Barak helped us through every stage of the buying process. He was eager to show us tons of places at the drop of a hat. He had good insights into which neighborhoods were going to go up in value and which neighborhoods had already peaked. In DC, where properties go really fast, it's important to have an agent who is knowledgeable about the market and is vigilant in looking for new properties. One morning I woke up to a text that said, "I've found the place you're going to buy." We went to see it, loved it, and bought it. It just shows how much he listens to his clients and what they want. Additionally, since he showed us the place early on (it's new construction) we had our choice of condos to buy and were able to get a better price and a good closing deal via the developers. We actually would not have been able to buy the place we got without Barak's maneuvering.He works hard to make himself available for his clients. Since my husband and I both work full-time, it was really helpful to have an agent who was willing to show us places late at night. Barak is also extremely attentive and made every effort to make sure that we understood every part of the buying process. The night before we signed our contract, he called us to make sure we understood everything that was going to take place. He was with us through the entire process, all the way through closing. His team also set up our condo and car insurance among many other things. We had a great experience with Barak and are very happy in our new home!

Barak was an exceptional realtor who paid close attention to what we were looking for in a condo. He was incredibly accommodating to our scheduling needs extending his hours way beyond what we expected. If he was unable to meet with us, his assistant Nina who was equally wonderful, took the time to meet with us in his place. Barak's familiarity with DC and local contractors and developers was also vast, particularly in NW, which gave us first look at a lot of new developments. After closing on our condo, we had some issues with the seller, and Barak made sure that our concerns were addressed with and taken care of. We found our perfect, first home with Barak as our realtor and we highly recommend him to any potential home buyers!
