Barbara is amazing! Knowledge about the process of purchasing a home as well as selling a home is absolutely above my expectations. We had at first a not so knowledgeable person that sold our place in 3 days. Essentially we would be homeless in 30 days. Never returned a phone call in a timely manner our bids would fall through. Time was running out, a friend offered me Barbaras card, I called immediately and not expecting a call back right away, but she did. Not only just call me back explained my situation and the delicate process I was in with the other agent. I think she secretly wears a gold belt, Laos, and flys an inviable plane because not only did she take the time to find the right house for us, she assisted the process for the sellers in which we were purchasing the home from so things went smoothly. Not an easy task. To go even further, Barbara knows the process so well, the people in the industry, the loan process, inspections, appraisals, tittle companies, and she keeps informed. A master at the balancing act! Her reputation in the industry is trusted, it shows and its real. She is passionate and loves to share the knowledge. It was a pleasure working not only with Barbara, but everyone she suggested to assist the process along the way.

It was amazing expirience to work with Barbara Oleska, my property was sold for 2 month!!! bad I had a very bad experience with a previous real estate agent who couldn't sell my property for over one year. No results. Then I found Barbara who sold my property in two months, great job, and was very professional with high level of communication...creative in problem solving and initiative.I am so thankful to Barbara and her team workers for Wonderfull job!!!

I don't usually write reviews, but I think Barbara deserves one! I found Barbara in 2015 when I was searching homes at Zillow. As we were living in Virginia at the time and did not the Fort Lauderdale area much, I thought it would be good to have someone that knows the area. Barbara not only knows the area very well but also learns what her clients are looking for, right way. After working with Barbara for 2 years, we finally got our lovely home in Florida! Barbara was always very patient, positive, and available to help us. I highly recommend her.

am new to Florida (less than 1 year) and had previously been working with a realtor that a friend recommended - which did not work out! I came across Barbara when I read some wonderful reviews on Zillow. I figured what did I have to lose?! This was not my 1st experience purchasing a home, so my expectations were quite high given I had such a great experience previously. Barbara was wonderful to work with. I loved her system of rating properties in order to eliminate or keep on the list. This helped tremendously as I am a very detailed oriented and extremely meticulous. The system helped me to prioritize and really figure out what I wanted and what wasn't a deal breaker. Once the offer was submitted (and negotiations completed), it was smooth sailing. Barbara is very organized, and her response time to my questions is worth noting! She always got back to my emails or texts very quickly. Also, as I did not know all the rules/regs and norms of FL, Barbara was so helpful explaining them all to me as they came up! She was always ensuring that we met all the dates per the contract and there were no hiccups. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!!!

She's highly recommended, very professional in her dealing with you. Very knowledgeable on the real estate on her territorial area. Frank and to the point when you ask questions or opinions. Her advise in financing the loan was very helpful. Scheduling of property visits were concise, appropriate and well-planned. Negotiated well to get a reasonable price. Simply said, she's excellent.

Barbara had helped my sister purchase a condo in Boca. When my mom passed away recently, I was looking for someone to sell my mom's home. It was a difficult time for us -- but Barbara was fabulous. She was very responsive, told us the facts about the house and potential improvements and spoke at length about her strategy to list and sell the place. She gave us good insights and suggestions and she was right on the money on how the process could unfold. We were very pleased with how she positioned the home in the market and we had an offer within the week. I highly recommend her.

Moving from overseas we had a lot of questions and worries in our minds. We contacted a few realtors and tried to get some information about the area and homes. Barbara was by far the best in responding to our e-mails rapidly and in full detail. Moving from overseas is much different than moving from out of state. We did not have any idea about how the system works and the steps that are taken along the process. Barbara didn't mind spending a whole lot of time in starting us from the beginning and giving us all the details that we should know and as well as giving us heads-up on issues that would not have come to our minds otherwise. She's a great helper and an expert on the job. Without her, this would have been a troublesome transition for us. I'd deeply recommend her to anyone in need of a great realtor.

Barbara knows her Sh**. Period. We are were out of state owners and had hired another realtor to sell our property. After minimal progress we were disappointed and that's when God sent Barbara our way! :-) from the getgo Barbara took care of every single detail from the selling process to analyzing potential buyers and their probability to close should we sign the contract. She would explain each offer in detail and Clearly articulate the pros and cons of each buyer to us. Once under contract she ensured as sellers were protected legally. She was also super accessible any time of the day any day. We WENT TO BED PEACFULLY EVERY NIGHT KNOWING WE HAD HIRED A 24 HOUR ROUND THE CLOCK REALTOR WHOSE MISSION WAS TO ENSURE OUR HOUSE SOLD AND IT SOLD QUICK AND AT THE RIGHT PRICE. Barbara has represented us as our realtor twice. A little over a year ago Barbara was our realtor when we were seeking to buy a home in Boca Raton. A year later, when we decided to sell our former home in Plantation, we asked Barbara to represent us again. In our minds, there was no other realtor that we wanted to sell our home. Previously we had chosen to rent this home and it had taken us a month to find a tenant and we had to significantly decrease our monthly rental amount in order to successfully rent it (unfortunately another realtor, other than Barbara, had represented us at the time). So, when it came time to sell the home, we imagined that this process was going to be even more difficult. But, with Barbara as our realtor, nothing could have been farther from the truth. She visited our Plantation home, suggested practical, inexpensive ways to make sure that our home looked its best, and prioritized the things that we needed to do before sale. Her eagle-eye for what matters most when a home is placed on the market made all the difference. We were able to find a buyer almost instantly, and we closed thirty days later. Even better, the price which was paid for the home was higher than both my husband and I thought was possible. After the offer was made, Barbara was a savvy negotiator, making sure that the terms were the best possible for us. She also strategized to prevent and stave off any hiccups that could have presented themselves before the closing. The process of selling our home was smooth and almost painless, and we owe it all to Barbara. She is passionate about her vocation and she brings intelligence, dedication and preparedness to the table.
