I have lived in Chapel Hill since 1997, when my husband and I decided that we wanted to find the "perfect" place to raise our children, then 6 and 10. We were living in Southern California, and although it WAS beautiful, it did not offer what we ultimately wanted for our kids.. After screening several cities, we settled on Lake Hogan Farms in Chapel Hill. This community has offered us everything we could have hoped for...great schools, a safe environment, and a beautiful town rich with culture and opportunity. My daughter graduated from the University of NC at Chapel Hill, and my husband works there at the hospital.
