02/01/2011 - cthernpI found Barbara to be a go-getter in both soliciting me as a client (she cold called me and followed up at respectful intervals over the next several months before I decided to actually purchase a home, never becoming a nuisance) and, once employed, put that same effort into finding my home. I had a number of constraints (e.g., a garage) on the search going into it. As this was my first home purchase, I appreciated Barbara's ability to incorporate new search constraints into her efforts as we looked at various houses and I noted particular things I liked or disliked. While I had been looking at Zillow before and after she started looking, there was always only a partial overlap in houses we found that my criteria (that is, she always found more than I did). And in fact, she sent me the link for the house I ultimately purchased. She is professional, courteous, punctual and respectful. She also has a good sense of humor, which is nice given the tedium of looking at a bunch of houses.Given the above, I highly recommend Barbara for anybody searching for a home.

We first listed our house in a terrible housing market and she worked hard to overcome the conditions. We only had three weeks to find a new home after our old home sold and she helped us in every way to explore our options and we ended up with the perfect solution.

She treated me as one would expect to be treated by a professional, yet there was always a comfort zone there with her as she always made you feel like you had known her a lifetime. I will recommend Barbara to everyone I come into contact with that need a Realtor. Her perverseness and diligence allowed me to put a bid on a home I adored and sell mine in the same time frame. I could not have made it through the selling and buying a home process with any sanity without her guidance and enthusiasm. There are no holidays for Barbara. When you sign on with her she is working around the clock for you!

01/11/2015 - gg28409I would highly recommend Barbara Pugh because she was always available to give information on a property, to see a property often more than once and to help you make an educated decision on choosing a property. If she didn't have information available she took the time to do research and get back to you asap. I have purchased several properties with Barbara's help and will continue to use her in the future.

After my husband passed away last year, I needed an agent to represent me with two sales and one purchase. I had not worked in ten years as I cared for my husband and had lost track of any connections I had in the real estate community. I was drawn to Barbara immediately because of her compassion for my situation and her knowledge of the properties I needed to sell. The two sales were very complicated and had to be completed by the end of the year. Barbara took control and closed both sales in December after months of negotiations. She then helped me find a home to purchase and was with me every step of the way. Her personality and compassion made this difficult time so much easier for me. She still checks on me from time to time. There are no words to express my respect and gratitude for Barbara. I am certain these closings would not have happened without her expertise. She is a true professional who you will be pleased to have working for you to get the job done right. She is fair, honest, and anxious to get your house sold while advising you on just how to do your part also. Sometimes it's difficult to remove personal items, clutter, furniture placement ,but her ideas proved to be right and made the rooms look larger. We also had a major problem and Barbara was there the entire time and saw it through until the house was sold. You want her to represent you for many reasons. I can't imagine how things would have gone without my new friend Barbara Pugh.
