I only wish we could give Barrett higher than 5 stars. I would go 5+ for sure. Barrett gave us great advice on where to invest money into our home prior to sale, and better yet, advice on where not to. His efforts lead to our home being sold in less than 6 days with three buyers bidding for the property. The final result was that we sold the house for 10k higher than asking price. Thanks again Barrett!!!!

Barrett and his team went above and beyond. We live on the "other coast", so were unable to prepare that house for selling. Barrett and team helped make sure the house was clean, painted, carpeted and that everything was done to ensure the highest price possible. I like Barrett's approach; he would provide options and answer all of my questions and I would make decisions regarding the sale of the home.
