We inquired about some properties in Carmel Valley and Zach was the realtor who fielded our call. From the first day, we were astounded by how responsive he is to questions large or small - I mean, like an immediate response, day or night. We ended up buying un-developed acreage and selling our house in Carmel Valley, using Zach for both transactions. In each case, he provided great advice. He is very logical and precise when thinking through an offer or ask, and not afraid to critically examine (in a very respectful way) our thinking. He is also not afraid to seek input from others when he feels it would be helpful. In short, he has been an absolute pleasure to work with - one of the best, if not the best realtor relationships we've ever had.
