Ben was hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. Took me to see every house I was interested in and helped me find the house that was perfect for me. I had very limited funds, but he never let that affect the quality of service he provided. His wife Stephanie was working with him and she also was very responsive to my needs. Benjamin Lang helped me find a new home when I had only 60K from my 401K to purchase. He worked with me as though I had a million dollars. He took me to see every home I asked to see and there were many. He was very responsive and did not give up until we found the perfect home for me. He helped my son and his wife find their home quickly so that they could be moved in before their baby was born. I absolutely recommend Benjamin Lang to be anyone's realtor.

Ben was the best realtor with whom I have ever dealt. He took me to see every house I wanted and worked until I found the right house for me. I had only 60K to work with, but he worked as hard as if it was a million dollars. He also helped my son and daughter-in-law find a house on a deadline. They closed just days before their baby was born and they were able to bring their daughter home to their new home. I highly recommend Benjamin Lang.
The best of the best, 6 walk throughs and 3 offers in 2 days. Sold home for 6k more than it was listed and 13k more than the avg selling price in our sub! Ben and Stephanie were great, very professional, quick responses, good advice, and overall very nice people. Sign was put in front of the house and within a few hours SOLD was put on it, highly recommend Ben for your home. Very hard worker into the evening and on weekends to accommodate the customer. Ben is the MAN!
