We've been working with Bic for over a decade now and couldn't imaging using another agent! She started with helping us with the purchase and sale process of our family's primary homes. Now that we are watching our kids grow up in the dream home Bic helped us find, our recent work with Bic and her team has focused on investment properties. And once again, her team delivers! Paul helped us find an amazing new home and Cora managed every detail of the transaction, keeping us on track and organized. If you are buying in VA, then I highly recommend using Bic and her team! I have both sold (in Tysons Corne) and bought (Arlington) with Bic and can't recommend her enough. My husband and I requested to see a house through Zillow 6 months ago and were fortunate enough to be paired with Bic to show us the property. We loved her from the moment we met her. She is knowledgeable and easy to be around. She doesnt push you or rush you and she gives you honest opinions about what is both great and not so great about a property. When we did find the home we loved, we entered into a bit of a bidding war. Bic stayed up till the wee hours of the night to ensure we won the house. The selling agent initially did not want our offer because we wanted to use VA financing. Bic understood this was important to us and was a strong advocate in our corner.Once our contract was accepted, the process was smooth sailing to our 30 day close. Bics team is organized, responsible and responsive. Paul and Cora assisted in seeing us through to closing and we cant say enough good things about either of them. Bic and her team really did a great job selling our home. Bic had a great eye for what the house needed for a quick and profitable sale including yard work, paint, various minor touch-ups, staging, etc. One thing that really impressed me was that Bic provided everything for staging from her own inventory. Other realtors quoted a $2k-$4k charge. One even wanted me to pay $400 for a "consultant" to walk through the house and tell me what I needed. Bic, however, did it all. She even recommended professionals that were timely and reasonable for various handyman jobs. Bic is a thorough professional.
