Bill did a great job for us when we were looking for a house in Charlotte, NC. We were "out-towners" and needed help determining which neighborhoods were best for us. We are very happy where we ended up. He was also helpful in explaining all facets of the purchase and assisted us when we had trouble getting the house warranty insurance company to pay for the repair of the furnace (even though he was under no obligation to do so). We will list with Bill if we decide to move.
