  • Bipin helped me buy a home

A true professional and an expert agent with in depth knowledge of the local markets. A superb negotiator and deal maker. Truly an outstanding agent.

    • Bipin listed and sold my home

Excellent in real estate dealings. Very highly informed on all aspects of home selling and buying. A superb agent that will make a mark of supreme difference.

      • Bipin and I connected, but did no business

How was our experience? HORRIBLE! He claims to be a "professional" who treated our aunt like he would his own, yet continually brought in clients my aunt had said were unacceptable. He claimed to have run credit and rental history background checks, yet could not offer a credit score. He brought in a client whose check bounced (the first check!). Lastly, he became upset with a nephew who asked the question, "Why are you here?" and, because his feelings were hurt decided to not withdraw the listing on my aunt's house for 4 days...even though my aunt informed him she longer desired to do business with him. This did not hurt the nephew (a non-resident), but the aunt who owns and is trying to rent the property. How is this "professional"? (that's rhetorical) And, if he is treating my aunt like he would his own family, this makes me worry for his family. Some free and unsolicited advice...DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR unless you're seeking to move to Elm Street and ready to experience a Nightmare!
