Bonnie Fitzgerald

Bonnie got us a great price for our small house and sold it in the first day. Bonnie also helped us buy a new bigger home. With both transactions, my wife & I had to nag Bonnie and ask what the next steps were. Often the response were quick text responses that were incomprehensible because Bonnie didn't proofread them. Things were often explained in quick jargon, shorthand, and we had to often ask for clarification. We felt like a nuisance through much of the process, like we didn't matter. In person, she was very engaging and charming. Communication not in person, not so much. Communication was so poor that when we closed on our new house, we were not given house keys and had to meet the former owner at our house to get the keys. The mortgage compsny & attorney Bonnie recommended were beyond awful in their customer service as well.
