- Bonnie listed and sold my home
I came to know Bonniie when she happened to be one of the agents of the property I was interested in. It was such a small deal but she treated me as if i were buying a big property, driving me around the town as well. She told me it didn't matter whether it was big or small. I bought this small unit and subsequently invested in an auctioned condominium which needed a lot of renovation. Bonnie was not involved in this action, actually no agent was, but she kindly recommended a contractor and gave me a lot of great advice about the kitchen, floor, etc. She is famiar with the area and has a great network of people like an lawyer, contractor, etc. Above all, she is such a nice and kind person. I have three condos in Manhattan currently living in the suburb but she is by far the best agent I've ever met. I highly recommend Her.

Bonnie was super responsive and helped find various local services such as home inspection, insurance, etc. She also provided a lot of local tips and really went above and beyond.
Bonnie helped us to find a home in our budget and that met or needs when every other agent told us that what we wanted in westchester was impossible. She never gave up and was always ready to show us every option available.
- MaxMy husband and I wanted to buy a residential property for investment and yet have the option to live in it if we wanted to later. Bonnie is a sincere and extremely hardworking realtor. She understood our needs and worked tirelessly with us for several months till we found the property that we liked and then helped us through the process of buying it. She even gave us ideas for renovations and later, when the house was ready found us a tenant and helped us through that process as well. This was a first time for us and Bonnie was more like a friend looking out for us. We had our share of doubts but felt very comfortable discussing everything with her and found her very compassionate. We would definitely highly recommend her to anybody as a realtor.
