I am a Knoxville native who currently resides in West Knoxville. My first passion growing up was music. My dad bought my first drum set when I was eight years old and it grew into a passion where I would lead practices at my house and we would perform for audiences throughout my high school career. When playing shows, I learned that I enjoyed the positive feedback from people and I knew I wanted to help and inspire people, whether through music or otherwise. I worked for three years as an electrician at Massey Electric where I went to school to become a licensed electrician. During my first year of working for this company, I was inspired to look into real estate. I began researching foreclosures and I bought my first house when I was twenty years old.         In my search for a seller's agent, Homelight provided Brandon's name along with a couple other names as top producers in my area. On our first meeting before I'd committed to selling with his realty group, he brought comps of similar recent sales in the area and gave me his useful short book to read which answered all my questions as a first-time seller. He understood the goal and rationale I had for my chosen "seller's market" pricing of my home and laid out a timeline strategy we should follow based on market response. He also presented a more competitive rate of commission than any other agent I spoke with, which was a significant deciding factor. No other agent impressed me on our first meeting as much as he did. I contracted with him to become my seller's agent, following his advice for preparations of the home for sale, most of which I'd already before seeking a seller's agent. The house was offered on a Friday and several showings later over that weekend, we had two offers above asking price, one of which appeared to have a clearer path to closing. By Monday, the home was under contract. Brandon was responsive and informative by phone and by texts in the process of negotiating with our buyers and we worked over the next month to meet a few conditions of sale stipulated by the buyers based on minor findings by the home inspection. Then we all showed up at the closing, met our buyers who were overjoyed to purchase their first home, and completed the sale. As a first-time home seller, this was a painless experience in large part because Brandon facilitated the process from start to finish and we appreciated his recommendation by Homelight.
