While trying to find a house I've worked with 3 other Realtors. My first time buying a house and it's a seller's market. Often Id be unable to get into a house by the time it sold because of response time to verify the house is available, find time in my day working swing shift annnnd find time in my realtors day being busy. I kept pushing and once again switched realtors trying Jenny Landro.Night and day difference! I don't known how she does it. I emailed her a list of houses and before I knew it she sent me back which houses available. I gave her my schedule and she'd give me times that worked. If she wasn't available at the exact time I needed her shed have Sam or some one else team help. All equally devoted to find me a place.It was still tough though. Many houses and several offers my faith dwindled. Other Realtors seemed annoyed with the number of houses needing to see after finding things that were deal breakers. Jenny on the other hand never pressured me on any house. If I didn't like it she happily stuck her head up and said we'd keep looking. If it wasn't for her I would probably have given up and still be in a cramped apartment.In this market it might be time to try Jenny Landro.
