When we bought our first home in 2014, TEAM SCHMIDT was the listing agent, Upon meeting them, we knew we had to work with them again. Our realtor did not compare. in 2017 We wanted to do some updating to our home, but knew we'd be listing within the next year. We reached out to Brandon Schmidt and he advised us on how to update without spending a ton, yet preparing for a sale. About a month later we contacted him with a long list of desires for our home. We informed him that we were not in a rush, that we just wanted to start looking to try to prevent settling. During the next 8 months we looked at MANY homes- even new builds. Brandon was knowledgeable in all. When we found our dream home, Brandon helped us come up with a fair offer and before we knew it- our offer was accepted! Brandon then went to work listing our home, had amazing photos taken and within a day of being :on the market, showings were requested and offers put in. The "Showing Time" app he uses was great. We have a 1.5 yr old, I was in my third trimester, my husband has a crazy work schedule and we have a dog- scheduling around those things was no problem with the app. Our house sold within a week on the market- for much more than we thought we would get. Brandon was out of town for a few days when our house listed, he told us his brother would be our contact. Our interaction with Brett was minimal however, he was just as professional as Brandon. We closed on our new home 2 weeks before my due date. Our house was scheduled to close late December, after my baby's due date- well baby's do what they want so our son decided to be born the day of closing. Brandon sent Power of Attorney papers VIA email to us, drove down to the hospital to get them from us and closed for us. There is NO better realtor. He responded quickly, was always very honest on how fair any homes asking price was and was very patient. We had a long list and our dream home met EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. You really can't go wrong with Team Schmidt

Brandon was my agent and he was excellent to work with! He was always available at any time throughout the day by phone, text or email. Brandon has a lot of experience in real estate and knows all the ins and outs and gives great advice and recommendations on the homebuying process - which was amazing since my fiance and I were first time homebuyers. He was flexible with accommodating our work hours and explained processes thoroughly but in a way that we could understand them too since we literally knew nothing about how things worked. When it came time for the offer, inspection and appraisal process, he was with us every step of the way and got us a great deal on our first home. I wouldn't chose anyone else to buy or sell a house. I have worked with Brandon on multiple sales and purchases and I always come out confident i have sold for top dollar and got the best deal possible.

Brandon is an excellent realtor. We used him to both purchase a house, and then sell that house five years later (when we needed to relocate). He really knows the market and what properties are worth. Brandon is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. In fact, he really came through in the clutch for us when the buyer had a demand that was proving to be laborious. Brandon really listens to what you want and tells you the truth. If we hadn't moved too far away, we absolutely would have used his services for buying our new house. He works very hard for you and is very good about staying on top of everything. In fact, in the whole process he was probably more on top of everything than any of the other players such as the other realtors, bankers, etc. When you are buying or selling a house, you want to be able to trust that your realtor is on your side and cares about your house as much as you do. Brandon is the guy you need for that. We had to use other realtors when we moved, and let's just say that I didn't trust any of them nearly as much.
