I first contacted with Brenda to keep me informed of market conditions within my neighborhood. Not only did she keep me informed, but also encouraged me to take action that would make my unit more marketable. When I finally listed the unit, I had moved to Chicago, so Brenda worked closely with local contractors to get upgrades completed. The unit sold with very satisfactory results. Brenda had two offers straightaway, and she quickly and expertly negotiated an offer above asking price. In addition, prior to closing, she went out of her way to: make arrangements with my last tenants and completed the final walk through; make arrangements for cleaners after the tenants left; and, met with repair technicians more than once to make sure warranty work was completed. If I ever need the services of a real estate agent in Alexandria, I would work with Brenda and her team in a heartbeat, and highly recommend them to anyone else!
