About Brian Byriel

Life-time resident, Brian Byriel, has been with the Flynn Real Estate team since the start. Though Brian was (and still is) a full-time driver for Fareway Food Stores, he was intrigued with the real estate business and felt as though he had the skills and the drive to help others, to be successful . Turns out, over $40 million in home sales and 16 years of experience later...he was right!! Brian has received an Iowa Association of Realtors Achievement Award for the last 13 years.

Brian and his wife, Diane, have been married for 40 years and have 2 grown children and 1 granddaughter, as well as a large extended family that they enjoy spending time with! They are also active members of Sacred Heart Church. Though it's hard to come by with 2 full time jobs, in his free time Brian enjoys vacationing to the Lake of the Ozarks with Diane & friends, to boat and relax! He is also a sports fan, so he usually makes time to catch a game or two, whether it be football, baseball or bas ketball.

Brian possesses many characteristics that contribute to his real estate success, but it would probably be said that his connection with people, his willingness to ALWAYS go above & beyond and his honest & genuine desire to satisfy his clients are his strongest! Brian started in the real estate business with the attitude to do whatever it takes to get a deal done. He continues to work that way in addition to working to insure that every transaction closes with a happy seller and a happy buyer! Brian's father, Glenn was in the construction business for over 50 years. With his exposure to the trade, Brian and Diane built 2 homes in Boone, doing much of the work themselves. His knowledge and expertise in construction is another attribute that makes him an asset to his clients' buying and/or selling process. He is able to see a 'red flag' that others may not see as well or know what kind of time and financial commitment an issue may be.

All of the above is confirmed with the number of loyal repeat clients Brian has! Once an individual has worked with Brian and sees his commitment, they are sure to come back for years with all of their real estate needs.
