We had a great, repeat experience with Brian. He helped us buy our house 4 years ago, and just finished selling it this past week. In a market that was a bit saturated, many other similar houses in our neighborhood are still sitting unsold, while Brian got us a deal and got it closed. Brian also masterfully helped us navigate a very difficult and demanding buyer. He saved us a great deal of cash with his negotiating, and made a potential huge headache fairly transparent to us. Brian helped me sell my mother's house after her passing. The attention he gave her house to make sure it was well-received when it went on the market, was beyond what I expected. He kept me informed after every showing, and always responded to my questions in a timely manner.

Brian was AWESOME in helping us sell our late fathers home. Brian met us at the house on time, prepared with information about other homes sold in the neighborhood and had a few suggestions for a house that had never been updated. Our situation was a little different as we asked if the house could be sold before the end of the year, 2 months, for tax and estate reasons, but without listing it at huge discount. He explained the current market status and the likelihood of meeting this goal clearly while understanding our situation completely. Brians estimated value and the appraised value where very close and with his help arrived a listing price. Within 36 hours we had 3 offers, 1 below listed price, 1 at listed price and 1 over listed price. This is where Brians expertise and professionalism shined! He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each offer and how it would affect our situation. In the end Brian negotiated the best deal for us and we closed on the house in 21 days getting more for it than everyone thought possible.I highly recommend Brian for his knowledge, professionalism, communication skills and just in making selling the family home stress free.
