Brian was amazing with the sale of our house and the process in finding a new one after. We sold our house in 2 days! Finding a new home took longer than expected but Brian never stopped looking and showing us houses and never got impatient. We were living out of state and visiting the area when we called Brian. We had only a few days to look and Brain jumped on lining up houses for us to look at. The house we bought we didn't even see before we made the offer! We had to go home so I asked Brian to take my niece and nephew to look at the last house. Brian crawled in and around the crawl space with my nephew checking every corner out. When we made the offer he checked all the comparable for us to know exactly what the best offer would be. I hope I never have to move again it's just hard work, but... if I do you can bet that it won't be without Brain Fazekas helping sell my house and find the new one. He is the best!

Brian was phenomenal in our process of purchasing a home. Readily available, very personable, good spirit and showed honesty and trustworthiness. He would constantly remind us that he works for us and that it is his job to serve us, I appreciated that. If he was not the expert in a certain area he could point us to someone who was. His feedback, suggestions and just knowledge of things helped us make the right decision
