Brian Klingel

My friend had been working with him to find a house, but Brian was not listening to what they were telling him they were looking for and what they could afford, trying to get them to purchase places he knew they couldn't afford, they did not sign any contracts with him. He was asked by them to be referred to another agent that could more closely point them in the direction they wanted, which he did not. My friend was referred to another agent that not only found exactly what they were looking for, but got the house the same day. He called my friend on a Sunday evening and proceeded to berate, insult and yell at them after they had apologized that things didn't work out. He kept this disgusting tone going over and over until they had to hang up. This is not only extremely unprofessional, it is something that only insecure, rude, bullying, and despicable people do in a position like his. They did not in any way deserve this type of reprehensible treatment and I would in no way recommend Brian to anyone. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Board of Realtors because of his actions. Shame on you Brian. If I could choose no stars, I would, but that was not an option. You don't treat ANYONE like that at anytime, especially in a small town where word of mouth can and WILL get around about how you treat people. And not just clients...
