Brian Long

Brian was amazing. He was super knowledgeable about everything. He showed my wife and I ton of great houses and could speak to things that I certainly had no idea about. And he did all with a smile and a great attitude all the time. Brian was also incredibly honest and cared about finding us the right house. My wife and I were about to have our first child at the time and he was so understanding and accommodating to our time and schedule and what we were dealing with outside of trying to find a house. One thing that really stood out to me was going to look at a few houses with him when my wife could not make it. There were a couple in particular that he asked me what I thought about them. After giving him my opinion he looked right at me and said, "I would never let you buy this house. " He went on to show me why. He wanted to gauge how much I could tell and what I wasn't noticing. He then showed me all of that and explained why it wasn't the right house for me and my wife. That really stuck with me. Brian was not just out looking to make a sale and getting us into any house. He cared about getting us into the right house. I would recommend him to anybody. Brian is truly the best and I can't thank him enough for everything he helped us with.

Brian sold my condo in Cambridge and positioned the property for the market and Cambridge buyer. He walked me through his thinking on pricing, marketing, showings, and how he saw the offer process playing out and he was spot on with an accepted offer in 2 days and in the range he said it would sell for. He knew speed was of upmost importance for me as I was closing on another property so he arranged for me to remain as a tenent in the interim. Brian made sure all the players kept moving forward and the process was kept on track and did so with a smile and calming demeanor.
