Our closing was delayed due to damage caused by a severe hail storm. Briana kept us appraised of the status of repairs and despite the scope of the storm, our closing was delayed by only a few weeks. Now that we are in our home and we can see the amount of unrepaired damage still in the area, we can credit Briana for getting this purchase closed. Great job!
