My parents were looking for a real estate agent to sell their cabin in the country a year ago. Against my recommendation, they went with the good 'ol boy who gets many listings. A year later and no sale and no good communication (to put it mildly), they signed up with Britney. Great communication, great information, great customer service for my parents and me AND SHE SOLD THEIR HOME after many, many showings. Thanks Britney, You rock!!

Britney was always quick to return a text or email and in this crazy market that is so important. She was our eyes and gave us detailed feed back of the home so we knew if we should drive to Pagosa to look at the home.

Britney did a fantastic job in selling our condo. It started with a problem: We were in Texas and our condo was in Colorado. It was no problem for Britney. She inspected the property, advised us on an asking price and went to work. It seems like from our first discussion until we received proceeds from the sale took about five weeks. Most of that time was for the title company to get the paper work in order. She guided us and kept us informed all along the way. pleased with her work.

Simply the best! We approached Britney Chaisson to help us reach out to a neighbor to purchase a portion of their vacant lot. We soon had great news from our neighbor that they were interested in selling 1/2 of the lot. As it turned out there are many steps to purchasing a portion of land, adjusting plot lines and engaging with the County and lenders. Britney provided exceptional customer service throughout this process including attending the County pre-planning meeting on our behalf, setting up signs on the property to inform neighbors of this proposed property line change, and making every effort to work with all parties to keep the contract up-to-date. Britney is clearly very knowledgable and skilled as Real Estate Broker and provided spot-on referrals to help us find an excellent land surveyor, inspector and other professionals to help us complete the purchase. Britney never wavered in her commitment to help us complete our land purchase. She was accessible by email, phone and text even on weekends and holidays. She is a true professional remaining calm and reassuring at every twist and turn. We successfully completed the partial lot purchase and and truly thankful for having Britney as our broker. We could not have done this without her. We highly recommend Britney and we are now looking forward to working with her as a property manager for short term rental on another property.

Since I live out of the area, Britney's responsiveness, familiarity with the areas she works in and availability made my search for property much easier than it might have been. She is committed to her clients, obviously enjoys her work and seems to be available pretty much all the time. She is cheerful and has a good sense of humor. Britney served as the property manager for my rental property for several years and then as the real estate broker who sold the rental property. She is a straight shooter who is honest yet professional with her clients, and she offers practical solutions and advice. She's down to earth, easy to talk to, and extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. She listens well to her clients' preferences and needs, is proactive when necessary, and follows through on tasks in a very timely manner.
