I am not exaggerating when I describe the whole process, from our first meeting to closing as seamless, respectful, professional, and concise. When we first interviewed Kathy and Brittney, along with several other local real estate professionals, we were struck by not just their knowledge of current market data, but by their listening skills as they gently guided us through the pricing and marketing strategies. Listening is important, which allows clients to express their legitimate concerns and opinions. We made the right choice as indicated by the honest and appropriate value we placed on our home. It sold in two days! We received our asking price and closed without a hiccup. I would highly recommend Kathy and Brittney Dumont. They are professional, honest, detail oriented, thorough, and very likeable.

If I could give more stars I would. Brittney and Kathy are the dream team! They were never pushy, they were HONEST, and they gave the best advice to going into the bid process for, ultimately, the purchase of our amazing home! My husband and I are first time homebuyers (now owners!) and we literally met with Brittney in August and said we have no idea what were doing and she had already run different example scenarios for us and broke down every little thing. Their attention to detail and their thoroughness to their work cannot be surpassed. There were times where my husband and I would not understand a damn thing about the buying process and they were so patient and understanding with us explaining things over and over again until we understood. They made the whole process easy, straightforward, and painless. We could not have asked for a better team guiding us through such overwhelming territory. Thank you isnt enough! In short- choose them as your sage through your ownership journey.

A professional experience starting with a thought out plan and ending with a successful execution. A step by step process with plenty of professional feedback and communication resulting in a higher sold price then originally asking. 5 stars are not enough. A#1!!!!

My husband and I worked with Brittney when purchasing our most recent home, and we can not say enough good things about her! She is amazing. She knows the market inside and out, is professional and always had our best interests in mind. She kept us in the loop throughout the process and was very responsive. Which was so important, especially with how HOT the market has been!!We had quite a few curve balls thrown at us throughout the process, as we were selling our prior home, and Brittney handled each one with grace. It really made the process as painless as possible as a home buyer. Without her agility and expertise, I am certain we wouldnt have been able to close on our dream home.

Brittney was incredibly helpful in finding a home while I was in the midst of a cross country move. As a first time home buyer and brand new to the area I had a lot of questions and Brittney always had the answer and was quick to respond.
