So I was in the market for a condo and was referred by my friend to Bruce. Let me just say that the level of service, and attention to detail were outstanding. The process of seeing the different homes that I wanted was seamless and efficient. We saw almost 20 different properties FYI. Bruce was even able to negotiate a reduction in price of condo due to him uncovering defects the sellers did not disclose originally. Everything worked out perfectly. Bruce is the person to go to if you are in need of a home.

Bruce Ham is the best in the real estate business. 5 stars for Bruce is not enough. As first time home buyers we had plenty of questions and they were all answered. In this business there are a variety of possibilities and obstacles as well as the constant changes is the market and having someone with experience is key. From the beginning that experience radiates making you feel well taking care of as if your were family. Communication is also an important factor in a realtor/client relationship. Moreover, you want someone who is available by phone, text or email so even if in a meeting he will confirm that he has received your message and will get to you as soon as he is able or handles it with an immediate response. For us we had a few areas of interest in purchasing our home. Bruce had extensive knowledge of a variety of areas in the Houston metropolitan area and was able to provide input of pros and cons of our chosen area. Bruce was able to articulate our questions and concerns in our buying process to ensure we would getting the 100% best deal. Bruce is very knowledgeable of the Houston Market. I interviewed six realtors and he was by far the most professional. He was prepared for our first meeting with a super presentation of the local housing market and variables that could affect the sale of our property. After we moved out, he had several recommendations to make our house more marketable, we took his advice and sold the property in less than a month. He returns all telephone calls in a timely manner and makes you feel like you are the most important client he has when on the phone... I give him an A++++++ and would definitely recommend him to anyone selling or buying a house in that market.
