He listened to my wishlist, which was bananas by the way, and had it down so much that as we were touring homes, he would point out my likes if they existed in the home and ask where I was if it was missing any. I never had to remind him of what I liked and disliked or my budget. He would check details in each home before, during and after and give me the rundown on what the pros and cons were. He is a top-notch realtor and actually pretty cool to tour homes with. There were a couple of times that we were both oohing and ahhing over some gadget or feature.
