Carmine Pantuso

I was extremely pleased when I used Carmine as a realtor. He went above and beyond his responsibilities and my expectations. He is not only very knowledgeable of the area but of market values and good investments. I was very impressed with his prompt response time and intuitiveness to show me homes that were exactly what I was looking for. When it came time to make an offer, Carmine not only excelled in negotiation skills but had many business relationships with other "professionals" which gave him an advantage in closing the sale. Not only will I use Carmine's services for my next purchase or sale, but will recommend him (and have already) to family, friends and associates, as I know they will be in good hands with Carmine.

Carmine Pantuso is a true professional. He goes under the heading, These Guys Are Good!. I personally would rate him #1! Carmine respectively keeps the client in mind. Its truly not about the sale or client rather but more about the experience. Its not over when the sale is done, hes there for questions/answers/all extended information. I had my house listed with another realtor for a very long time with no results. I decided to list with another realtor. I narrowed the list to two realtors and Carmine Pantuso came out on top. I live in Ohio and the house was in Palm Coast, Fl. so I needed a realtor who I thought would put more effort into selling my house. I got everything I was looking for and more when I contracted with Carmine. If I had to rate him on a scale of 1 to 10, he would get a 20. Nothing happened without him communicating it to me. All calls and questions were answered quickly. He made suggestions about things we could do to make the house more marketable and took care of make it all happen. I could go on and on about what a great job Carmine did for me, but I think the best compliment I can give him, is that I would hire him again in a heart beat and recommend him to anybody wanting to buy or sell a house. What a great experience!!!
